Well, I spent a few moments looking for something obvious, but I didnt 
see anything that leaped out and said "I am a LOB handler!"  I have 
given various thoughts about writing an ODBC driver for us to freely 
redistribute, but its one of those things that doesn't have much of a 
mandate behind it.
