[Zope-DB] Trouble with Postgres DA

Dear list,

decided to install Postgres to see if that solves some of my problems.
I've folloewd the instructions from
http://www.zope.org/Members/pvl/PostgresqlZopeWin32Howto

and everything seems to be there and working: I've created a database. 
However, the Zope DA is broken complaining that it can't import psycopg. 
This is weird because I can import psycopg without a hitch if I start a 
Python session using my Zope's Python. Any ideas what might be wrong?
