[Zope-DB] DMTL and DateTime or... mxDateTime

i have not looked at mxDateTime, but i would guess that it has not
been properly set up with permissions for Zope.

It can probably be fixed by a couple of lines of code, declaring it
publicly accessible (something which *could* be a security hole ;) )
