[Zope-DB] ZMySQLDA & Transaction safety

Hello,

Is the Zope MySQL adaptor (on Linux) transaction-safe? I have multiple
updates to the same record from different scripts, all being run from by one
DTML method. All of the record changes need be committed together. Is this
possible with MySQL and ZMySQLDA? I've been told otherwise, a quick test
seems to confirm this.

If this is indeed the case, that ZMySQLDA is indeed not transaction safe, is
there a workaround this issue?
