Yes, you are correct. I have tested it and doesn't work. But the next way it
works for me:

<dtml-sendmail mailhost=MailHost>
to: <dtml-var email>
from: <dtml-var sender>
subject: subj

It works!
</dtml-sendmail>

The header and the body must be separated at least one blank line!
