Steve,

Vanilla Apache doesn't have WebDAV capabilities but there is an Apache
Module that you can get from www.webdav.org.

You'll have to either compile your Apache again, or build it as a dynamic
module, depending on your tastes.

You'll get more sense at that website than you will from me ;)
