This is a SIGILL (illegal instruction).

Something in your Zope system behaves very badly.
Probably it writes uncontrolled into the stack area and hits a
function return address.

I once tracked down such a problem with "purify".
It has been a tedious process because "purify" slowed Zope down
by about a factor of about 100...
