I'm trying to install the Zope2 egg (pulles in as a dependency from  
another package) and it bombs out on a missing CHANGES.rst file.  
Here's the last few lines from the buildout run with -vvv:

An error occured when trying to install Zope2 2.12.0b1.Look above this  
message for any errors thatwere output by easy_install.
While:
   Installing test.
   Getting distribution for 'Zope2'.
Error: Couldn't install: Zope2 2.12.0b1
