The current developer docs[1] say to deposit keys here:

  https://cvs.zope.org/upload-key.html

You need to authenticate using your credentials for www.zope.org.

Note that if you want to preserve old keys while adding the new, you need
to concatenate them (a la '~/.ssh/authorized_keys')
