Weird internal error in zc.buildout:

    While:
      Installing sphinx.
      Getting distribution for 'MarkupSafe>=0.23'.

    An internal error occurred due to a bug in either zc.buildout or in a
    recipe being used:

A different weird internal error in zc.buildout:

    While:
      Installing sphinx.
      Getting distribution for 'Sphinx'.

    An internal error occurred due to a bug in either zc.buildout or in a
    recipe being used:
    Traceback (most recent call last):

        return installer.install(specs, working_set)
      File "d:\eggs\zc.buildout-2.9.2-py3.3.egg\zc\buildout\easy_install.py", line 665, in install
        for dist in self._get_dist(requirement, ws):
      File "d:\eggs\zc.buildout-2.9.2-py3.3.egg\zc\buildout\easy_install.py", line 563, in _get_dist
        dists = [_move_to_eggs_dir_and_compile(dist, self._dest)]
      File "d:\eggs\zc.buildout-2.9.2-py3.3.egg\zc\buildout\easy_install.py", line 1699, in _move_to_eggs_dir_and_compile
        [tmp_loc] = glob.glob(os.path.join(tmp_dest, '*'))
    ValueError: need more than 0 values to unpack

this one seems to be caused by the setup.py script failing to do its job:

    Getting distribution for 'Sphinx'.
    ERROR: Sphinx requires at least Python 2.7 or 3.4 to run.
    error: Setup script exited with 1

Fallout from the (backwards-incompatible) zope.testbrowser 5.0.0
release AFAICT.

PTRuntimeError: ['Compilation failed', "exceptions.AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'rfind'"]

The error message is unfriendly: no attribution to template source file
and line.

Last build succeeded.

    Failure in test test_insert_none_value_does_not_insert_into_forward_index (zope.index.field.tests.FieldIndexTests)
    Traceback (most recent call last):
      File "c:\Python27_32\lib\unittest\case.py", line 329, in run
        testMethod()
      File "c:\buildslave\zope.index_py_270_win32\build\src\zope\index\field\tests.py", line 326, in test_insert_none_value_does_not_insert_into_forward_index
        self.assertEquals(len(index._fwd_index), 0)
      File "c:\Python27_32\lib\unittest\case.py", line 513, in assertEqual
        assertion_func(first, second, msg=msg)
      File "c:\Python27_32\lib\unittest\case.py", line 506, in _baseAssertEqual
        raise self.failureException(msg)
    AssertionError: 1 != 0

This is related to the BTrees "can we have None keys or not" confusion
that was reverted a few months back, IIRC.

    While:
      Installing test-ztk.
      Getting distribution for 'colorama>=0.3.5'.
    Error: Picked: colorama = 0.3.7
