It sounds like there may be some issues on developing zope.org
surrounding the work you lot at ZC have already done.  It would be a
shame to duplicate too much effort.

What have you already done?  Do you have any definition of
requirements or other documentation?  What was your brief?  Who's on
the team?

I'm inclined to feel that the site and new developments are suffering
from a lack of definition at the moment.  The site needs more than a
new skin; it possibly needs an entirely new paradigm (away from
CMFDefault-style).  I'd love to start working on a new vision for the
site soon.  But perhaps you already have one we can start with?

There was a number of negative (but mostly constructive) comments
re. usability of the new.zope.org skin when you first announced it.  I
do feel that it needs a lot of work at the very least.
