[ZWeb] New to zope-web

Hi Olivier,

I'm familiar with zopera, it's a very nice site.  At the moment, I'm in
charge of the effort to re-engineer the zope.org interface and
information architecture.  We've had various discussions on this list,
and a irc chat.  I should be getting info onto a project page soon, but
I've been very busy the last couple of days.  Paul's doing a lot of work
to get the project areas started.

At the moment, I'm hoping to concentrate on defining scope and
requirements, and I don't anticipate moving onto the design phase for
perhaps a couple of months.  At that point, I'll be looking for someone
to lead the design phase, and that person will solicit designs and will
present them to the community.  In short, watch this space.
