i agree that it is not the responsibility of the a
member, but i don't know that zc has the resources to
fufill every members request. for example i wrote a
simple moz sidebar on my homepage, but i don't know
that zc would have done it for me, or that they nesc.
should have.
 
as for being a method of the software product, whats
needed is a compilation of the various products in
parseable form. basically a formated catalog search.
the problem than is what format?:)

fyi, chrisM has a dev proposal on formating packages
for dependency info on dev.zope.org.
