Most definetly! If Seb is okay with that, of course.

I'd love for people to developa Zope.org skin; I believe the Plone ppl also
had an offer out? We can give out access to the skins system on new.zope.org
for development of new skins.

However, because the new.zope.org codebase is public designers can develop
disk based skins in said CVS.  A skin developer can do all the work on their
own sand box, with checkins going into the /cvs-zopeorg repository. A simple
message to zope-web@zope.org or webmaster@zope.org with a request for an
update on new.zope.org should then suffice to propagate changes there.
