Note that the person in question used an online form, and may have missed
the intro text that explains that the output of the form is sent to a
mailinglist.

That said, the URL leads to a website that runs Zope, and is hosted by
Easynet Germany; it seems the person in question was looking for support for
that particular server, not for the Zope package itself. It's like asking
the Pythonlabs people for support on PySol. :)
