[ZWeb] Problem installing sandbox

I tried to follow the instructions to create a sandbox.

Unfortunately (since I am using SuSe and not redhat) the build process stops
at
site-layout/buildinstance
with an error "no rule to make target '""'m needed ny 'instance': stop

After that bin/ctclt-instance exists but tries to use a non existing config
file form the non existing etc directory.

Any help you can give me how to update the make files would be appreciated.

PS: I di set NON_REDHAT=1 as an environment variable.
