Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

wir fuehren im Auftrag des Bundesministeriums für Bildung, Wissenschaft und Kultur
in Oesterreich eine Evaluation der am Markt befindlichen Content Management Systeme durch.
Das Ziel der Evaluation ist es, ein System vorzuschlagen, das in ganz Oesterreich
in Schulen und Hochschulen zum Einsatz kommen soll.

Dazu haben wir gemeinsam mit einem ExpertInnengremium Anforderungen an das CMS definiert.

Diese gliedern sich in 
*       Mindestkriterien, die die Evaluanden auf jeden Fall erfuellen muessen
*       Kriterien zur Qualitativen Gewichtung und Summierung

Wir laden Sie hiermit ein, uns bis spaetestens zum

29. November 2002

Informationen, die sich darauf beziehen, was Ihr Produkt in Bezug auf die
aufgelisteten Mindestkriterien leistet,
zukommen zu lassen. Wir weisen Sie darauf hin, dass wir alle Informationen, die es ueber Ihr
Content Managment System im Internet gibt, bereits besitzen.

Wir benoetigen vorerst spezifische Informationen zu den Mindestkriterien.

Dear sirs,

we are carrying out an evaluation of all Content Management Systems in the market by order
of the Austrian Federal Ministry of Education, Science und Culture.
The aim of this evaluation is to suggest a content management system which should be brought
into action in schools and universities around Austria.

Out of this reason we and a group of other experts have defined certain requirements to this
system.

These divide as follows:
*       minimum-criteria, which the evaluated products have to meet in any case
*       criteria for the Qualitative Measurement

We herewith invite you to send us information about what your product achieves in
relation to the listed minimum-criteria by

29th November 2002 latest.

We point out that we already have all information about your Content Management System
which are available in the internet. For the time being we need specific information
in relation to the minimum criteria.
