[ZWeb] Zope.org feedback: Help with this type of error

A Good day to you, my machine has the ff specs: PII 233, 16mb, 1.2g HD & running win98se and when i installed & ran zope i had this error mess.: socket, error:<10047,'Address family not supported'>. pls help. thanks.
