I'm very impressed, you managed to make a site worse than the previous one!!!
The font, the colors, the ui are really primitive. The division between the left column and the center column is "floating". Depending on the page, the vertical bar is moving.
On HOWTOs page, the width is at least 1500px, with all the textareas that same width, so there is a horizontal bar now :-)
Please, ask someone competent to make to work.
