[ZWeb] making product releases on nzo

I'd like to create a new release of /Products/ZODB3.1.  I know how to
create releases using the old zope.org software, but I'm stuck on NZO. 
I'm at the management interface, but I don't know what to choose from
the add menu for the new release.

I also can't find the data for the index_html page, which I need to
edit.  With the old software, the contents of this page was visible in
the properties tab.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
