Nope, I've never seen it.  Olivier certainly never signed one, and he 
did the skin.  I've never seen an announcement of it.

I can understand the privacy thing.  However, there's no need to put any 
barriers on zope.org to get the whole ZC-joint-ownership thing going. 
This isn't core Zope software that is being developed.  This is an 
application of Zope.  That was the conclusion that was reached when the 
separate repository was setup last year (in between the transition from 
Tres' effort to my effort).
