[ZWeb] Zope.org feedback screen

Due to the age of CZO, most of the logic that responds to forms like  
this are in external methods, making playing with and tweaking  
difficult to do.  It's a good idea, but I'm unsure how easily it could  
be implemented in CZO.  If NZO is still a ways off, I'll look into how  
to deal with this.
