Erm, that's a misfire.  We'll clear it up...

Nope, it is based on Tabula, which is a product for Zope.

Sybase on what platform?

We find the SQL integration (formerly known as Aqueduct) in Zope to be
pretty spiffy.  And it is decently documented...not the programming
stuff, but certainly building web front ends to databases.
