Well, I mentioned something like this to Barry/Guido/et. al. about
getting a Python User's Group going... this might be the vehicle to do
it, rather than Zope alone... at least initially.  Could get enough
critical mass going.  Also, might do a presentation at the first PUG
about Zope. :-)
