[Zope] Zope 1.11 wish list

If you set the environment variable BOBO_DEBUG_MODE=1 or 
BOBO_HIDE_TRACEBACKS=No prior to starting Zope, tracebacks are displayed 
(at least on my Zope 1.10.2 local server setup on NT) in addition to the 
error message.

See "[your zopeinstall]/ZopeHTTPServer/ZopeHTTPServer.py" and "[your 
zopeinstall]/lib/python/ZPublisher/Publish.py for some additional 
information
