navigate_filter comes from the Navigation Product (look at the Contrib

It is a superset of objectValues(), from the README.txt:
Navigate adds a Folder method "navigate_filter".

navigate_filter(key,value,cat="Folder",acquire=0,negate=0)

navigate_filter returns all subobjects of type cat of the Folder, that have
an string attribute key with the given value.

if acquire is true, navigate_filter uses Aquisition for key, else it ignores
acquired attributes.

if negate is true, the method returns the objects that do not have the key
with the right value.
