[Zope] How can I delete a user by useing the name of the user?

Hi,
I am trying to delete a user by his name.
But that doesn´t work.

<dtml-call "REQUEST.set('name', Username)">
<dtml-call "acl_users.manage_users(submit='Delete',REQUEST=REQUEST)">

Mybe someone can help me!
