Actually, he punts on a lot of the issues being discussed. :)

There is also a significant backward compatability issue for us.
There are a bunch of other issues as well.  I'd certainly like
to use mxDateTime somehow.  Maybe a future Zope DateTime
facility will be based on it in some fashion.
