[Zope] - zope pcgi with apache

I am having the same problem, but I've checked and the rewrite rule is
spelled correctly and I am running apache 1.3.3.  What is the Zope
authorization procedure?  Is there a way to use the Python debugger
and get some informathon about what is going on?
