[Zope] Unauthorized Access

Hi,

I just installed Zope and the Zope-pcgi.   I am using Apache-1.3.3.   I
can't log onto the manage.  I fail authorization.   I noticed the docs
say you can't use Apache-1.3 is Apache-1.3.*3* still not current enough?
