[Zope] Assigning Permissions to User Roles

Hi !
I have a product that uses userroles to set certain permissions on
objects. i added user roles to my product (MUSHandle is the actual
instance of my Product) with this:

data=list(MUSHandle.__ac_roles__)
        data.append('Kunde')
        data.append('Vertriebspartner')
        data.append('Executive')
        data.append('Verwalter')
        MUSHandle.__ac_roles__=tuple(data)

but when i try to assign permissions to my roles :

AccessControl.Role.RoleManager.manage_role(self,'Verwalter',['ChangeMuS'])

I fail :(

Any suggestions??
