Well, for on thing, you can't yet import any 1.x databases into the ZODB3 
database. You can run Zope 2.x with the old ZODB2 (aka BoboPOS) though, but 
you'll loose the extra advantages of ZODB3 (obvioulsy).

Also, things are still instable. Bugs will affect you..
