[Zope] DigiCool Site problem

Similar experience from Sweden:

Site will load quick and all. Press Reload, and takes for ever. In Netscape 4.6, browser says "DOc contained no data, etc.."

however: this is strange(r ?):

Load site normally (almost instantly), OK. Press reload, takes for ever, but pressing reload again (for the second time) reloads site almost instantly.

Does Zope keep track of connections?
