[Zope] Problem using PCGI, help please?

Ok...

When I connect to Zope through Apache with say http://IP/Zope, I get the
first welcome page WITHOUT any pics...
When I go to management I get the following in apache:

            Temporarily Unavailable

            The resource you requested is temporarily unavailable -
please try again later.

(116) unable to connect, fd=4

On the console I get:
