[Zope] date-format

i actually came against the same problem, an added day. this happens using

<dtml-var ZopeTime fmt="%m/%d/%y">

hm... i have the feeling the formatting is doing something strange. anyone
have an inkling of what is happening (or how to get around it ;)

please help!

printing a date (choosen from a oracle-database) with <dtml-var
zeitstart> causes zope to type 1999/11/28.
but trying to format this field with <dtml-var zeitstart fmt="%d.%m.%Y">
results in the following output: 27.11.1999!!!!
but this is _really_ not the same day!! :-(

why???
