I guess I should've given credit where credit is due.  The patch isn't
mine, I found it on the Squishdot mailing list, although I can't remember
who created it.

I suppose if Confera and Squishdot are as close as you say they are (I
haven't actually compared the two) then creating a patch to fix Confera
shouldn't be too hard.  A generic patch (which you could apply to either
one) wouldn't work, but knowing what had to be fixed for Squishdot will
make it pretty easy  to create a fix for Confera.

If I have some free time I'll look into it.  Unless of course someone
beats me to it :)
