Oops.  I forgot that in order to get Virtual Hosts to work in this way, 
I did have to patch Apache!  Otherwise Apache rewrites the server 
name and all zopes links are wrong.

I don't have the details to hand right now, but I will be writing a 
HowTo on multi-host apache/zope/whatever configuration soon, 
which will cover this.
