[Zope] "shut down"

It'd be good if we knew which OS you were using. If it's NT or Win2K and
you've set it up to run as a service, just restart the service. If all else
fails, reboot! That would probably work with Linux too <g> (sounds mildly
provacative, eh? <g>)

A note to the wise ones - at least for me on Win2K the zope shutdown button
(in zope) always returns

Zope Error
Zope has encountered an error while publishing this resource.

exceptions.SystemExit

Zope has exited normally.

and won't restart unless I go to the Windows control panel.

I was experimenting and I press shut down under control panel, oops.  I
can't get to the site anymore.  How can I start again.
