[Zope] I am curiously Z

I want to give a group of people access to my zope installation to let them
take a look a Zope. I am not worried about permissions etc, I am worried
about maybe somehow someone screwing something up. My question is, if I
have a working Zope app that I want to back up, can I copy the .fs file (and
what others) in order to restore this one app?
