I eventually found the answer by creating an external method :

def SetValue (self, dictionnary, key, value):
    """Ajoute une valeur à un dictionnaire"""
    dictionnary[key] = value


Which you can call with <dtml-call SetValue (REQUEST.form, 'tata', 'titi')>. It
works !...
