This works using Netscape. But for IE I had to use:

<dtml-call "RESPONSE.setHeader('Expires', '-1')">
<dtml-call "RESPONSE.setHeader('Cache-Control', 'no-cache')">
<dtml-call "RESPONSE.setHeader('Pragma', 'no-cache')">

I think the last Pragma can be left out. But the Cache-Control header
ist neccessary. I got the information out of rfc2616.
