[Zope] Referecing items in subfolders

You could use:

<dtml-with resources>
<dtml-var standard_header>
</dtml-with>

I would suggest, however, to reorganize your design and to put index_html in
a subfolder of a folder where standard-header and standard_footer reside and
let acquisition take care of the work.
