Hi Evan, Pete,

yes that seemed to be it. I changed everything to mode 755 and owner to t=
he=20
user zope was running under. Now I can create new Page Templates, cool.

Evan, do you mind setting the permissions to:
Files: world readable
Directories: world readable and executable
