[Zope] Apache SubFolder to Zope root folder using VirtualHostMonster

Does the package come with a CHANGES.txt file in the "doc" directory?  If
so, read it to see what the actual version is (it's likely 2.3.0 final).

You can also find out from the CHANGES.txt (or HISTORY.txt if older) when
SiteAccess was added.
