on or about, Thursday, April 26, 2001, we have reason to believe that Peter Bengtsson wrote something along the lines of :

If anybody cares , this is "illegal" (ie. nonvalidating) html, and should not be used.. It
works in current browsers, though, if that is the measurement..
One should really use CSS for formatting-problems, and not hack the
markup to much..
