Interestingly, the Advanced Zope building instructions I sited previously 
somehow run interference with the inituser file such that it isn't read by 
the program; rather, only the access file is read. I was able to do what I 
wanted to do by running your command, opening the inituser file, copying 
the result, then pasting it into the access file. I will report this 
problem to the author. Thanks for your help!
