[Zope] Can't create new DTML Document w/ Mozilla 0.9.7

I'm seeing the same thing.  However, I did have similar/related
problems with 0.9.6 (access/auth stuff, mainly with respect to ZWiki,
that I wasn't seeing with konqueror or netscape 4.77...).
