[Zope] ZMySQLDA win32 binaries

Does anyone out there have a compiled copy of the Win32 ZMySQLDA binaries
they could send me? 
We can't get this to compile and using the ODBC driver is constantly
breaking. Damned Invalid Cursor State dontcha know. On every query.

Any help would be much appreciated.
