I'm note sure, but recall hearing that DreamWeaver's WebDAV support
is seriously broken.  I routinely use the freely-available cadaver to
edit my Zope objects with Vim across WebDAV, and another DC developer
(Jeffrey Shell) has been working actively with GoLive's WebDAV
integration.
