[Zope] Roadmap/LoginManager?

It's great to have the Roadmap.

Where are things going with LoginManager? The PTK/CMF
uses it, right? If this is such a core product, does
it make sense to change the core security model?

Sorry if this is a stupid question. I'm a Zope newbie,
looking at it more as a general development app server
(as opposed to content management tool). And I'd like
to learn the "best" way first, rather than having to
learn both, pick one, then rewrite all my old stuff!
